To all my dear Hampton fans old and new hope you are enjoying your summer and not having football withdrawal symptons now, please I need an excuse in order to come to the West Ham game.

I have been summoned to work on the evening of this game, it can be described as an important game of the club progression, but not the most important!

I have asked for the time off and the boss said no - mean!! So therefore he will know if I pull a sickie.

What excuse do I give him for not coming to work and also what is the best excuse/scam you have ever pulled in your life!

There have been numerous friendlies at the Bev over the years versus Arsenal, Chelsea, Brentford, Sheffield United, Crystal Palace, Queens Park Rangers, Leyton Orient etc.
